A small-group 6-week beginner series for anyone new to vinyasa yoga, or for those wanting to revisit the foundations in a quieter, more supportive way.
Part introduction, part steady skills-building practice, this series offers a slower, more spacious way to build confidence, understand the basics, and develop a steadier connection to movement and breath. Expect weekly 75-minute classes with plenty of guidance, repetition, and room to learn at a more manageable pace.
