A small-group Sunday session for anyone who’d like a little more time.
This is a slower, more spacious way to explore some of the things we move through quite quickly in a regular class — with time to workshop, ask questions, unpack technique, and better understand what your body is actually doing.
It’s not a standard yoga class, and it’s not a teacher training either.
Think of it more as a practical, thoughtful lab for curious students — a chance to slow things down, revisit key movements, and spend a bit longer with the transitions, shapes, and patterns that often need more than an hour on a weeknight.
Expect a mix of movement, discussion, simple drills, and plenty of room to ask questions in a relaxed, supportive setting.
This next Deep Dive will build on themes we’re exploring in the current module, but you do not need to be a current member to join. Some prior yoga experience is recommended, along with the ability to get up and down from the floor comfortably.
Places are limited to keep the group small and the experience personal.
