Vinyasa Foundations Series


A six-week introduction to vinyasa yoga for beginners, and for anyone wanting to revisit the foundations in a quieter, more supported way.

Each 75-minute class explores the building blocks of a strong, sustainable practice — including breath, foundational shapes, and simple flowing sequences. It’s a chance to learn in a steadier rhythm, with more explanation, more context, and more room to build confidence over time.

Runs weekly for six consecutive Wednesdays, from 13 May to 17 June 2026. Offered twice per year.
