Across six weekly 75-minute classes, we’ll take things step by step, building confidence, skill, and a steadier relationship with practice over time.
If you’ve ever felt unsure in a regular class, wondered how the pieces fit together, or wanted a gentler introduction to flow-based yoga, this series is for you.
With a small group, there’ll be plenty of space for questions, individual support, and time to build confidence as the series unfolds.
For some, this will be a lovely series in its own right. For others, it may become a gentle stepping stone into my regular module classes later on.
