  • No. Enrolment closes once each module begins.

    Because classes build progressively from week to week, everyone starts together and develops from the same foundation. It’s the clearest and most enjoyable way to experience the practice, particularly if you’re new to the studio.

  • Possibly.

    Regular Vinyasa Practice classes are active, progressive classes, and some people with little or no yoga experience settle in beautifully.

    If you’re completely new, would prefer more time to understand the foundations, or simply feel a little nervous about jumping straight into a regular class, Intro to Vinyasa is designed especially for that.

    If you’re unsure which starting point makes the most sense for you, get in touch before booking and I’ll happily help you decide.

  • Membership options vary slightly depending on the length of the module.

    You’ll generally be able to choose between a flexible option for practising around once a week, or a full-module option for those who’d like to attend both Tuesday and Thursday.

    Current options, dates and pricing are always listed on the Memberships page.

  • If you'd like to continue, you're welcome to purchase a membership for the next module when bookings open.

    Many students continue from one module to the next as their practice gradually evolves, while others take a break when life gets busy and simply return later.

  • Yes.

    You can attend Tuesday classes, Thursday classes, or a combination of both throughout the module, depending on the membership option you've chosen.

  • If you’re using a flexible membership, your remaining credits can be used at another available class within the same module, space permitting.

    If you’ve chosen the full-module membership, your regular Tuesday and Thursday places are reserved for you, so missed classes can’t be transferred or carried forward into a future module.

  • Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before class begins.

    If you give me at least 12 hours’ notice, I can usually move you into another available class within the same module, subject to space.

    If you miss a class or cancel within 12 hours, that class is simply considered used.

    Full memberships don’t include guaranteed makeup classes, and unused classes can’t be carried forward into a future module.
