Frequently Asked Questions

  • We practise in 6-week blocks. You choose one of two practice memberships and receive a set number of classes to use during that module.

Our Tuesday and Thursday evening classes are taught progressively across each 6-week module, so the practice builds through repetition, familiarity, and thoughtful sequencing.

Each module stands on its own, but it’s also part of a broader progression across the year — so nothing is random, and each new round builds thoughtfully on what came before.

After each module, we take a simple 2-week break before moving into the next one.

  • The next 6-week module begins on Tuesday 7 July and runs through Thursday 13 August.

Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and you can choose either a 6-class or 12-class membership to use across the module.

  • The regular Tuesday and Thursday practice runs in six 6-week modules across the year, with a simple 2-week break between each one.

    Module 2 · 16 March — 23 April
    Module 3 · 12 May — 18 June
    Module 4 · 7 July — 13 August — bookings now open
    Module 5 · 1 September — 8 October
    Module 6 · 27 October — 3 December

Each module can be joined on its own, but many students enjoy continuing across the year as the practice builds over time.

  • There are two practice memberships for the regular Tuesday and Thursday classes:

    6-class membership
Use any 6 Tuesday or Thursday classes across the 6-week module.

    12-class membership
Use any 12 Tuesday or Thursday classes across the 6-week module.

Choose the rhythm that suits your life, work, and roster schedule.

  • Yes. You can book either Tuesday or Thursday classes throughout the module, depending on what suits your schedule.

You’re also welcome to book more than one class in a week, availability permitting.

  • No. Classes are valid for the current 6-week module only. This helps keep the practice rhythm clear and consistent.

  • If you’re on the 6-class membership, you’re welcome to use your remaining class credits anytime within the same 6-week module.

If you’re on the 12-class membership, your place is generally held in both weekly classes across the module, so missed classes aren’t able to be transferred or carried forward.

  • Classes are small and often book quickly, so it’s best to reserve your spots early when you can.

If a class is full, it’s always worth checking back — spaces do sometimes reopen when someone moves their booking.

  • Once you’ve purchased your membership, your booking code is emailed to you straight away and can be used to book your classes.

If you need to move or cancel a class during the current module, just email me directly and I’ll sort it for you.

  • Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time. After that, the class will be counted as used.

If you’re unwell or there’s an emergency, please get in touch.

  • Your booking code is emailed instantly after purchase. Check your spam or promotions folder first, and if it’s still missing, just get in touch and I’ll resend it.

  • Usually, once a module is underway, registrations are closed and the website shifts to pointing toward the next round. But if there’s space, I can sometimes make exceptions — get in touch and I’ll guide you on the best fit.

  • You don’t need to arrive knowing what you’re doing.

Because classes are taught in six-week modules, you’ll have time to settle in, learn the rhythm of the practice, and build confidence through repetition and consistency.

If you’re newer to vinyasa, returning after a long break, or unsure whether this class is the right fit, please get in touch before booking. I’ll always be honest about whether the current module feels like a good place to begin.

  • Just wear comfortable clothes and bring water.

Everything else is here waiting for you — mats, props, and the little comforts that make the space feel special.

  • The studio is in Eimeo, Mackay. Full address details are in the footer.

Please arrive a few minutes early. We begin on time and lock the door once class starts to protect the quiet of the space.

  • Yes, please. Let me know about anything relevant before class so I can offer options that support you well.
