Why this retreat?
I’m Sadie, and at 54, I’ve navigated many of the transitions this retreat is designed to hold. Yoga has been my anchor through seasons of change — and this retreat is an extension of that: a space to rest, realign, and walk away stronger.
This isn’t a drop-in. It’s not a sampler.
It’s an intimate, high-touch retreat created by someone who gets it.
Every detail — from the rhythm of the day to the rituals we share — is designed with midlife women in mind.
This is about more than yoga. It’s about being deeply held, seen, and supported.
