Joining is simple
Joining Sadie Wells Yoga is intentionally simple.
I teach six progressive 6-week modules throughout each year, with a short two-week break between each one.
You're welcome to join for a single module or continue from one module to the next as your practice naturally evolves. Many students choose to make yoga part of their regular rhythm, while others take a break when life gets busy and simply return for a future module.
There's never any pressure to continue—just the freedom to practise in a way that suits your life.

6-Class Membership
A flexible option that gives you six classes to use throughout the module.
• Attend any six Tuesday or Thursday classes during the current 6-week module.
• Book around travel, shift work, family life, or the weeks that suit you best.
• Ideal if you’d like consistency without committing to the same class every week.

12-Class Membership
For those who'd like to practise twice each week.
• Attend both Tuesday and Thursday classes throughout the current 6-week module.
• Build greater confidence, familiarity and strength through regular practice.
• A beautiful option if yoga is becoming part of your weekly rhythm.
Before You Book
A few helpful things to know before you begin.
• Memberships are valid for the current 6-week module only.
• Your booking code will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.
• Once you've received your code, you'll be able to reserve your Tuesday and/or Thursday classes online.
• Need to change a booking? Just email me and I'll help.
• If you're new to yoga or unsure whether the current module is the right place to begin, I'd love to hear from you before you book.
What happens next?
Once you've purchased your membership, your booking code will be emailed to you immediately.
Then simply head over to the Book Your Classes page, choose your preferred Tuesday and/or Thursday classes, and reserve your place online.
