By engaging with Sadie Wells Yoga — through class bookings, pass purchases, memberships, attending events, or visiting our studio — you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Our aim is to be transparent and ensure a mutual understanding that supports the exceptional quality of your yoga journey with us.

  • For an emailed or printed copy, kindly request it with a 72-hour notice, and we will be happy to accommodate.

Updates & Modifications:

Please be aware that we may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or as required by law. We encourage regular review to stay informed. Should any term not resonate with you, we respectfully advise reconsidering the use of our services and facilities.

    • Class Delivery & Schedule Changes: We make every effort to deliver classes on time. Schedules may change or classes may be cancelled without notice.

    • Refund Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or other reasons including schedule changes or inability to attend a class at capacity.

    • Transfers & Interchangeability: Classes and passes are non-transferable and non-interchangeable.

    • Studio Operations: Opening hours may change without prior notice. Permanent changes will be communicated.

    • Right of Admission: SWY reserves the right to refuse entry or dismiss anyone behaving inappropriately or dangerously.

    • Late Entry Policy: Doors lock at class start; late entry is not permitted. Arrive 5 minutes early to avoid disappointment.

    • Personal Belongings: SWY is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings brought into the studio. Only water bottles and towels are permitted in the yoga room.

    • Booking Requirements: All class and event bookings must be made via the Momence online booking system (available on the website or mobile app).

    • Class Attendance: Arriving without a prior booking does not guarantee a spot in the class.

    • Cancellation Policy:

      • Cancellations must be made through the booking system up to 12 hours before class time.

      • Members incur a $15 fee for late cancellations (within 12 hours) and a $25 fee for no-shows.

      • Single, Newcomer’s, and 10 Class Pass users forfeit their class for late cancellations or no-shows.

    • Fee Charging: Late cancellation and no-show fees are charged 24 hours post the scheduled class.

    • Cancellation Method: Cancellations are not accepted via email, phone, or social media.

    • Agreement to Terms: Online booking constitutes agreement to these policies.

    • Instructor Qualifications: Sadie is a Level 2 (500HR) qualified yoga instructor.

    • Instructor Limitations: Sadie is not medically trained and cannot assess medical fitness for class participation.

    Student Responsibilities:

    • Seek medical advice before starting any exercise program.

    • Inform Sadie of any health risks (e.g. pre-existing conditions, pregnancy) before participating.

    • Participation in classes is at your own risk.

    • Hygiene Standards: Studio mats and equipment are cleaned by staff, after each class.

    • No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and around the studio premises.

    • Single Class Validity: Each casual visit booking is valid for the specific class booked. These bookings cannot be used for workshops, courses, or other events.

    • Cancellation and Credit Policy: Casual bookings cancelled outside the 12-hour window prior to the class start time will be credited to your account. This credit is valid for use within fourteen days from the date of cancellation. Bookings cancelled within the 12-hour window are forfeited and not credited.

    • Purchases and Schedule Changes: All purchases are final; refunds or expiry extensions are not offered for any reason. Multiple casual classes can be purchased simultaneously. The class schedule is subject to change, and all terms apply regardless of these changes.

    • Validity: Each 10-Class Pass is specific to the term it's purchased in. For example, a Term 2 pass is valid only within those dates, regardless of public holidays or studio closures.

    • Expiration: Unused classes on the pass expire at the end of the term and do not carry over.

    • Activation: The pass becomes active from the date of your first booked class.

    • Class Access: Valid for regular classes, not applicable for workshops, courses, or special events.

    • Sharing Policy: Passes are individual and not available to share with others.

    • Cancellation Policy: Requires a 12-hour notice for cancellations. Early cancellations receive account credits; late cancellations result in forfeited classes.

    • Finality of Sales: All purchases are final. No refunds or extensions for unused classes.

    • Schedule Changes: The studio reserves the right to change class schedules.

    • Activation and Validity: The SWY Newcomer’s Pass is activated on the date of the first class attended and remains valid for fourteen days from this date.

    • Usage: This pass entitles new members to attend two classes for the price of one, within the 14-day validity period following activation.

    • Restrictions: The Newcomer's Pass is a one-time offer, exclusively available to new members. It cannot be suspended or extended under any circumstances.

  • Our SWY Membership offers exclusive access to all regular weekly classes, and our monthly specialty classes. Workshops, courses, or events remain excluded but members are offered a discounted rate. Designed for individual use, memberships are non-transferrable.

    Membership Commitment: Requires a minimum commitment of two terms, with each term paid in advance. Cancellation to membership need to be in writing with 14 days notice.

    Term Validity: Each membership term is valid for the designated period, unaffected by public or school holidays.

    Cancellation Charges: Late cancellations and no-shows to any class incur fees of $15 and $25, respectively.

    Sales and Refunds: All sales are final with no refunds.

    Schedule Adaptability: Class schedules may change, applicable terms remain consistent.

    Class Cancellations: In the event of cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather or public health concerns, members will be offered credits for future classes, options to join classes of similar value, or special workshops. We're committed to ensuring the continuity of your practice and full satisfaction with our services.

    • Booking and Payment: Booking confirmation for a private class is secured 7 days subsequent to online payment.

    • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and provided to Sadie Wells Yoga at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid forfeiting the session.

    • Rescheduling: we're happy to accommodate your session within a month from the original booking date.

    • Membership Commitment: The Private Yoga Membership requires a minimum commitment of 2 months. After this initial period, cancellation requests must be received via email at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment.

    • Booking Policy: All event and workshop bookings are final. Refunds are not provided for any reason including change of mind, injury, illness, or change of address.

    • Cancellation & Transfer: If you're unable to attend an event, please cancel to allow others the opportunity to participate. Bookings can be transferred to someone else; they must create an account in our system. For transfer requests, email sadie@sadiewellsyoga.com.

    • Arrival Time: The event doors lock at the start time for safety and security. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund or credit. We advise arriving 10 minutes early.

    • Updating Contact Details: Notify us of any changes to your contact details to ensure you receive timely updates.

    • Privacy Compliance: We adhere to the Privacy Act. For access to or correction of your personal information, or to address privacy concerns, contact sadie@sadiewellsyoga.com.

    • Third-Party Software (Momence): Membership creation involves sharing information with Momence, our third-party software provider. Their handling of personal information is governed by their privacy policy.

    • Liability Exclusion: Sadie Wells Yoga and its Representatives are not liable for any injury, illness, damage, or loss sustained by participation in any class or while at the studio premises.

    • Release of Claims: By participating in classes or entering the studio, you agree to release Sadie Wells Yoga and its Representatives from all related claims.
