Spots are limited and tend to fill quickly, especially with returning members. Bookings are open now and will close 31 August (or sooner if fully booked).

How It Works (Quick Guide)

1. Choose a membership
Gold (4x/week), Silver (2x/week), or Bronze (1x/week) β€” choose what suits your rhythm.

2. Book your classes
You’ll receive a booking code via email to reserve your sessions.

3. Join us on the mat!
Your spot is confirmed once you’ve booked into your preferred sessions.
Most members settle into a regular rhythm β€” but you’re welcome to mix it up if space allows.

Using Your Membership

After purchasing, you’ll receive a booking code by email β€” use it to reserve your spots below.

A few key things to know:

  • You can reschedule sessions within the 6-week block (subject to availability).

  • You’re also welcome to mix it up and book different class days each week, depending on what suits β€” it’s flexible!

  • Unused sessions do not carry over.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session.
