Our progressive yoga schedule unfolds in six-week modules across the year — built for rhythm, strength, and staying power.

Each module runs for 6 weeks, with short breaks in between. Class times stay consistent (Mon–Thu, 6:30–7:30pm).

A longer Christmas break aligns with school holidays — a much-needed pause to rest and reset.

Weekly class schedule.

Evening classes run Monday to Thursday, 6:30–7:30pm.
Choose 1×, 2×, or up to 4× per week depending on your membership.
