Why We Work in Modules
At SWY, the year is shaped by intentional 6-week containers β each designed to help you build strength, rhythm, and nervous system support without overwhelm.
This format reflects everything Iβve learned about what really works. Shorter modules mean better consistency, smarter progression, and more space to pause and reset.
Each module includes:
A clear beginning and end
A unique theme and movement focus
Time between rounds to reflect and rest
You can join one module at a time, or stay with us across the year for deeper progression.
Either way, youβll know what to expect β and when.
2025 Module Schedule
Each module runs for 6 weeks, with a short break in between.
Class times remain the same throughout the year β once you find your rhythm, youβre set.

Module 2 β Unshakable Ground

Module 3 β Theme TBC

Module 4 β Theme TBC

A longer summer break is built in to align with school holidays β and to honour a much-needed pause for rest and reset.

βIβve never felt so consistently supported in a class setting. Each week builds on the last β it actually sticks.β

βSadieβs teaching just makes sense. You leave stronger, not just stretchier β and it carries into everything.
