Module Dates
Our progressive yoga schedule unfolds in 6-week modules across the year.
These dates help you plan — and help me deliver something grounded, meaningful, and thoughtfully paced.
2025 Module Calendar
Why We Work in Modules
At SWY, we shape the year through intentional 6-week containers — each designed to support strength, rhythm, and nervous system resilience without overwhelm.
This format reflects everything I’ve learned about what actually works:
Shorter modules = better consistency
More structure = smarter progression
Built-in breaks = space to rest and reset
Each module includes:
A clear beginning and end
A unique theme and movement focus
Time in between to breathe, reflect, and return renewed
You can join one module at a time, or stay with us across the year for deeper momentum. Either way, you’ll know what to expect — and when.
2025 Module Schedule
Each module runs for 6 weeks, with short breaks in between.
Class times stay consistent across the year — once you’ve found your rhythm, you’re set.
