This two-hour Sunday morning lab has come about quite naturally through the current module. In a regular 60-minute class, there’s only so much time to pause, ask questions, unpack transitions, or spend a little longer with what feels challenging, interesting, or unfinished.
This session offers that extra space. We’ll explore some of the building blocks of a stronger, more confident practice — with time to workshop transitions, refine technique, and spend longer with the things we don’t always get to in a regular class.
Designed to complement the current module, though others with some yoga experience are very welcome too.
