Vinyasa Deep Dive

This two-hour Sunday morning session has grown quite naturally out of the current module.

In a regular 60-minute class, there’s only so much time to pause, ask questions, unpack transitions, or spend a little longer with the things that feel challenging or worth exploring further. This session offers that extra space.

We’ll explore some of the building blocks of a stronger, more confident practice, with time to workshop transitions, refine technique, build strength, and stay a little longer with the things we don’t always get to in a regular class.

It’s designed to complement the current module, though others with some yoga experience are very welcome too.

A smaller group means plenty of space to ask questions, slow things down, and work more closely.
