Here’s what I’m focused on right now.
✍️ Updated May 21st, 2025 — from my home in Queensland, Australia, where the climes have finally cooled. Autumn is upon us here in the tropics: warm, sunny days with beautifully crisp mornings.
I’m in the depths of my 300HR training with Jules Mitchell, where we’re exploring biomechanics, nervous system literacy, and anti-fluff movement science. It’s challenging, thrilling, and yes — handing assignments in on time is still a growth edge.
Our Rebuild & Rise module is wrapping up, and I’m already shaping what’s next. Each term, I’m refining how to better support the midlife body with rhythm, resilience, and grace.
I’m in retreat planning mode (May 2026!) — balancing spreadsheets with soul, making sure it feels intentional and unforgettable.
I’ve been dreaming about studying with Jules and my mentor Amber Karnes in person next year. Whether that trip comes together or not is still unfolding — but the learning, and the longing, are alive.
I meet with Amber weekly, and she’s become a steady sounding board as I shape new projects — from retreat merch (those cheeky Queen t-shirts!) to in-between-term events that keep the magic going. Think: playful workshops, one-off classes, and soft, restorative community nights.
I’m continuing to step gently away from social media. These days I’m choosing depth over dopamine — leaning into email, writing, and the kind of connection that doesn’t require scrolling.
