January 2027

A few different ways into the practice.

Find your way in.

We’re starting a little earlier in 2027, with two small-group offerings before the year gets properly underway.

Whether you already have some vinyasa experience and just want to find your way back to the mat after the summer break, or you’re newer to the practice and would appreciate a little more time to learn how things work here, there’s somewhere to start.

Back to Practice Week

4–7 January · Monday–Thursday · 6:30–7:30pm

Four consecutive evenings of practice to get things moving again after the summer break.

We’ll revisit familiar movements, rebuild some rhythm and let the practice gather momentum from one night to the next — without trying to cram four weeks of yoga into four days.

This one is best suited to people with some previous vinyasa experience. You don’t need to be currently practising or particularly fit, but it will help if Downward Dog, Sun Salutations and moving with your breath aren’t completely foreign territory.

Four nights. Same room. A little repetition. Plenty of time to find your feet again.

Intro to Vinyasa

13 January–3 February · Wednesdays · 6:30–7:45pm

If you’re new to vinyasa, new to Sadie Wells Yoga, or simply want to go back and spend a little more time with the foundations, this is for you.

Across four weeks, we’ll slow things down and explore some of the building blocks that show up regularly in my classes — breath, transitions, strength, range of motion, and how to make useful decisions for the body you’ve arrived with.

This isn’t about learning to do yoga “properly” before you’re allowed into a regular class. There’s no test at the end and no particular shape you need to achieve.

It’s simply a smaller, more supported place to begin.

Looking for regular Vinyasa Practice?

Module 1 · 12 January–11 February
Tuesdays + Thursdays · 6:30–7:30pm

My regular Vinyasa Practice runs in progressive modules, and many students continue from one module into the next.

Existing students are always given first access to the next module before any remaining places are released.

Module 1 memberships aren’t open just yet. If you’d like to know when any remaining places become available, joining my mailing list (below) is the best way to hear about it.

Slow letters from the mat.

Thoughts on practice, teaching and life — plus studio news and first dibs on what’s coming next.

Small classes. On purpose.

Everything I teach here is in person, in my purpose-built studio in Eimeo.

I keep the room small because I want to know who I’m teaching. I want enough space to notice what’s happening, offer options when they’re useful, and let people practise without feeling lost in a crowd.

That also means there are only so many mats available.

If one of these January offerings sounds like the right place for you, you’re very welcome here.
