Perfect if you’re easing back into your practice, wanting a reset, or craving a bit of clarity after the holidays.

Why this morning matters.

The weeks around Christmas and New Year can feel full — full of people, full of noise, full of doing. By the time mid-January arrives, most of us are more than ready for a reset.

This morning is a chance to start afresh.
To move and breathe in a way that clears the mental clutter, steadies the nervous system, and helps you feel grounded again before the year properly begins.

A simple, feel-good practice to bring you back to yourself.
A quiet “okay… I’m ready now.”

A seared white ceramic dish with a wooden stick in the middle, placed next to a beige box of scented incense sticks on a white surface near a window, with sunlight coming through.

A gentle note.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us next year but haven’t quite stepped into the studio yet, this is a beautiful way to meet me, feel the space, and start the year in a way that supports you. You’re so welcome here.

This is the only January gathering before classes begin — and with limited mats, I do expect it to fill.
